Refund Policy
At Carvelli, we want you to feel confident about every purchase. If you are not satisfied, you may return your order within 14 days of receipt, in line with EU consumer law.
Conditions for returns
- Items must be unworn, unused and in their original condition and packaging.
- For hygiene reasons, certain items (such as underwear) cannot be returned.
- Customised or made-to-order products are excluded from returns, unless defective.
- Return costs are the responsibility of the customer.
- All returns must be sent to our central warehouse in Asia.
How to return

Notify us of your return request by emailing support@carvelli-lifestyle.nlwithin 14 days of receiving your order.

Include your order number, the items you wish to return, and a photo if the item is defective.

Our support team will provide you with the correct return address and instructions.

Please do not send returns to the sender’s address — only to the official address we provide.
Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected at our warehouse, we will process your refund within 14 days. Refunds will be made using the same payment method you used at checkout.
Please note: Because returns are processed through our central warehouse in Asia, delivery times and return shipping costs may be longer and higher than domestic returns within Europe.
